How long does a custom piece take?+
Custom pieces are all completed within 2-3 business days, then shipped directly from our atelier.
Do you ship worldwide?+
No. At the moment we only ship within the UK with insured delivery and complimentary luxury packaging.
Can I return a personalised piece?+
All bespoke pieces are crafted just for you and cannot be returned unless there is a fault. We take pride in ensuring all orders are created with the utmost care whilst being crafted, before it is sent out to you.
